Long bio
Tim Snyder started writing software for the auto industry in Detroit. After moving to San Francisco, he was one of the first engineers at Weebly. Later, he led engineering for Square’s Business Financing team and worked as CTO at several smaller startups. Before Steward, he was the founder and CEO of Stitch, a payments company.
Today he is building Steward, software that helps people handle medical bills, unwanted subscriptions, refunds, and other financial hassles. He also writes Moving Parts, a newsletter about how technology gets built, why it works the way it does, and how to make it better. Tim lives in San Francisco with his family.
